Gratitude: A Couple's Journal
Did you know that practicing gratitude daily literally changes your neural networks in your brain? It can also change and solidify your relationship when practiced together. Nothing is quite that simple though, so couple's therapist Linnea Logas, M.A. has created this journal to help you and your partner set and meet goals so you can build the strongest version of your relationship possible. Using a simple exercise that will take no more than 10 minutes a day, you and your partner will be amazed at the changes you see over the weeks and months after using this.
